every time I try to play this game I always loose interest because the issues appear so slowly. I have no interest in other forms of play and don't wish to learn them. I just want to play creating nations.

In the future, you will only get one issue every six hours - although you probably recieve them much more quickly right now. Are you aware that there exist other forms of "play[ing] creating nations" beyond answering issues?
