Greetings and welcome to the embassy programme registration system of the Federal Republic of Nacrad. In order to foster friendship between Nacrad and other nations of the world, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has curated this registration system for embassy requests.

However, before you proceed, we invite you to read the rules and terms we have instituted to ensure the operation of this embassy programme, along with other diplomatic functions.

Rules and Regulations

Pursuant to the Diplomatic Missions Act, all embassies and consulates shall be subject to the following rules:

Regarding Vehicles:

1. Each diplomatic mission shall be limited to ten (10) motor vehicles.
2. No military, armed or oversized vehicles shall be permitted to enter the country.
3. Operator(s) of the vehicle(s) to be used must hold Nacradian or international driving permits.
4. Fixed-wing aircraft may not be stored or operated from embassy grounds. Only helicopters may be permitted. At most one (1) helipad may be constructed on embassy grounds to facilitate helicopter use. Unless in emergency situations, no aircraft movement is allowed between 21:00 and 09:00 inclusive.

Regarding Weapons:

1. Heavy weapons, such as but not limited to artillery, cannons, rockets, etc., may not be brought into Nacrad.
2. Weapons and ammunition to be brought into Nacrad must be declared, inspected and certified beforehand with the Customs and Excise Department.
3. No more than fifty (50) armed guards may be ordinarily present. Guards shall be subject to background checks and must carry relevant permits issued by the Firearms Regulation Board when armed.
4. Each guard may carry at most one rifle or submachine gun, and one melee or less-lethal weapon.
5. Ceremonial weapons rendered unable to be operated shall not be subject to the above limit.

Regarding Staff:

1. No more than three hundred (300) members of staff, including guards, may be ordinarily present at embassy grounds.
2. Nacrad reserves the rights to expel diplomatic mission(s).
3. All members of staff shall be above eighteen (18) years of age.

Regarding Embassy and Consular Buildings:
1. Embassy and Consular buildings shall be constructed by certified and approved contractors.
2. Embassy and Consular buildings must adhere to relevant legislation, including the Buildings Ordinance and other state- or territory-specific legislatures.
3. Embassies and Consulates reserve the right to display any flags, emblems or other symbols, but local authorities reserve the rights to request removal of distasteful or offensive items.
4. Embassies may only be set in the city of Riverfort, and will be set in the Diplomatic Square on a plot approximately 5,000 square meters in size per embassy. Any requests to construct outsize buildings will be denied unless a satisfactory reason is given, due to space constraints.
5. Nations may set up at most three [3] Consulates or Consulates-General in the following cities: Portsville (Oswain), Zhamkong (Hadrax), Amoy (Udrain), Chiuchow (Chiushan) and Taipei (Formosa).
