[Komoria]

The Komori People are very different to the people of Kenya. Different Language and different relations all-together. The Komori are a Cushitic People who are fighting against the Bantu Government in Kenya. A few years ago a organization called OKI formed to prepare for independence for the Komori People. Kenya soon became a dictatorship and revoked the 4 autonomies for the Komori People and annexed them all into Bantu Provinces causing violent protests. OKI soon started a revolt in the former 4 autonomous provinces however the capital of Sambosa [Mombasa] was taken by Kenya forcing the Revolution into the North.


The Revolt wants to form a Democratic Komori Nation in the Komori Triangle [some of South Ethiopia. South Somalia minus Mogadishu] and Kenya. And Kenya wants to keep their coast. Both sides are asking for help. This war is also causing issues with other countries as Komori people in Somalia are protesting and Uganda has reported attacks by splinter Komori Groups invading Uganda and Kenya invading Uganda to fight against those Komori Groups. The situation is getting rapidly unstable in North Kenya.


OKI's capital of Wajir has also faced bombardment by Kenya's air force something that OKI doesn't have. However OKI has also shelled Kenya's capital Nairobi. The Wajir Bombardment has killed 400 People and the Nairobi Bombardment has killed 362 people.


With both sides asking help and both sides being controversial who will support the Komori People and who will support Kenya. The Revolt is getting close to 100K casualties and hundreds of thousands of people on both sides have been displaced causing a refugee crisis.

To say he was livid would have been an understatement. Sitting across from him on the other side of the table was General Robert Kibochi and Ambassador Monica Juma.

"Damn!" Kenyatta said as he threw the papers down onto his desk. "What the hell am I to make of this?!"

"Sir, time is our only friend. Ryzakhstan can field a military twenty times our size and international support is slow, too slow to guarantee that we can deal with the Ryzakhs effectively. My advice is to throw everything we have at the OKI and hopefully it'll be enough to topple them before the Ryzakhs can send whatever they send." General Kibochi said.

"How can they do this? They would be invading a sovereign nation. Surely the others will assist? The United Nations?"

"Best thing the United Nations will do is ask the Ryzakhs nicely, sir." Said the General. Kenyatta shook his head in disappointment.

"Fine. We need to get ahead of this. Order the troops to move in and issue a statement to the Ryzakhs. Tell them any interference in a purely Kenyan matter will be met with military action." With the orders given, the General and Ambassador got up and walked out.

Within minutes of the President's official orders, the Kenyan Defense Forces were on the move. Time was of the essence. Across the Kenyan defensive lines, stretching from Liboi to Laisamis, every soldier caught a ride on one of the many armored vehicles or fast marched behind them. The time for waiting was over.

By 11:09, advance forces from the 5th Rifles Battalion engaged Komori fighters at a heavily defended crossroads while the 7th Rifles Battalion was caught in a deadly ambush by insurgent forces at the town of Habaswein. The 1st Battalion, instead of rucking through the jungles, ran north to Marsabit and would attempt to flank around through Moyale, Buna, and Girito, which would take too much time to effectively be worth anything. The 3rd Battalion, hearing of the ambush at Habaswein, pushed east and then north, hoping to reinforce them in time.


Operation: Striking Cobra
As the regular forces pushed forward as the sword, the 40th Ranger Battalion would act as the scalpel. Under the cover of heavy fighting, two Harbin Z-9s stayed high and fast as they flew over enemy held positions, just out of RPG range. At Laga Bor River, closest to Dif, the helicopters dropped in 20 Ranger operators, under the directive of Operation: Striking Cobra. Under the Operation, the Rangers would be provided no support and tasked with infiltrating Wajir. With suppressed M4A1s, the Rangers would keep close to the river and take out any targets they found until they reached their objective, which was to kill the leader of the Komori Uprising.

Response: Obviously OKI is not happy about the fact that Kenya has refused to negotiate and has treated OKI as a terrorist organization with no attempts of negotiation made. OKI responds by shelling Kenyan Troops near attacked cities to cause as many casualties as possible. The shelling however causes a new organization to form called the KTA [Komori Tribal Association] as Komori Tribes and people have been caught in a crossfire between Kenyan and Komori Forces which will no doubt cause mass anger among the Komori in Mombasa [Komori always call it Sambosa]


OKI has ordered its militias that are trained to start Operation Black Temple a massive counterattack focused on defense. The whole point is militias under attack will most likely will attack back with everything they got until they are dead or the Kenyans are dead. The Komori may be outnumbered but Kenya doesn't realize we have the support of the Komori Population which Kenya seems to not notice.


OKI's leadership is waiting for a negotiation request or a ceasefire as no matter what thousands of Kenyan Soldiers will be wasted dying in a war they are going to struggle in greatly. Is that the memories the Kenyans want?

Important cultural buildings such as the Holy Ghost Cathedral and the Lord Shiva Temple are heavily damaged in fire attacks as Police desperately try to restrain an angry crowd. By 4:45, 103 protestors have been arrested and eight Police officers had been injured, with two in critical condition. The arrests have not stopped the protests and only pushed them back. By nightfall, several streets are looted and vandalized with burning cars illuminating the night sky. As the peaceful protests turned riots continue to grow in Komori-heavy cities, President Kenyatta begins to ponder on sending the KDF to establish martial law.

Fortifications are made and the border is militarized with anyone coming over being turned away. OKI is becoming serious now.

It is also reported that OKI has found 1 tank. One outdated tank which they hide so the NA doesn't airstrike it to oblivion.

The Newarkian response to this was simple:sink anything that was Karthorian and armed,first,gunfire,then a massive swarm of missiles approached any Kathorian ship that was dumb enough to get within 100 miles of the Newarkian fleet. The ground invasion of Komori was going swiftly,with one last message send to the Komori leaders. The message read "Just give the fuck up,or face even more bombardment and heavier attacks."
