I am trying to make a school card collection, and I am trying to get some high rarity cards for it, rares, very rares, and epics. No legendary since I do not have the bank for that. Telegram me if you are interested.

As of Season Two, no class nations have attained an Epic or Legendary rarity, there are, however, 4 Ultra-rares, and 43 Rares (over both seasons), I know this because I used to collect them! I don't have them on my main anymore, but I have transferred them to puppets, my puppet "Classy" should be a good start for you if you place bids on the cards in its deck: https://www.nationstates.net/page=deck/nation=classy
