Cheap Tanks needed!

My military is severly stuck in the 80's and we are about to go to war with a modern nation. We would appreciate any offers for a cheap tanks. Our total budget is 1 billion NSD.

This is the Royal Manufacturing MP-2L, Also known as the 'Scout'.

The tank can carry a maximum of 3 people, and has a 100mm barrel thickness. It being a light tank, it can move at speeds up to 45 mph. It costs around 1.5 Million NSD per tank, so that might be out of the budget. Its also an older tank, which is why its cheaper.

We have some modern tanks for sale. We have Polar Bear IV's are available for foreign purchase, they will cost 10 million NSD each. You can purchase up to 70. Information about the Polar Bear can be found here.

2M refurbished to a modern standard including armor, weapons, and electronics upgrades, 250k for a surplus unit without the upgrades

"Sadly, with arms trade restrictions on a large amount of EUL-AF Equipment, we have a small catelog of options by the preferance you have given, however, we have 36 "War Trophy" T-90 Main Battle Tanks selling at $3.34 Million NSD per unit, due to these being war trophies, there will be no charge on the building of maintenance parts, however, if you need us to supply you with ammunition we will provide ammunition production for 18 months. Price for ammo supply at $12 Million NSD for 18 months."
