Interesting concept. I would think you'd need some form of offsite communication like Discord, forums, or other means. RMB and NS forums are okay to start with. However, if you want to grow as a community you'd need something more than that.

Not necessarily. Example: Liberty Democratic Alliance.

Sure, but I find the RMB to be rather limited in features nonetheless. Dispatches aren't terrible as you can at least embed images and such.
