Ili Tiruno was the patron of Varitheni divine patron of the water, waves and moon their relationship with loras was considered to be the force of creation, and their counterpart was the representation of destruction.

Something big will be happening in Roendavar on the midnight of January 13.

January 11 to 15 is the Festival of Iralia. The most important day is the 13th, which is known as the Erosithegon. The Erosithegon is the event when the skies above Mount Athalymos rip open and burst with colors. The City of the Gods, Athropolia, appears beyond the rift. This is when the veil between the world of the humans, the world of the gods, and the world of the beings converge. The last time it "happened" was in 798 BCE. Protacists believe that an aurora borealis appearing is a minor version of it, when the worlds are merely touching. If an aurora borealis happens exactly at midnight on January 13, it's a big celebration, with wild dances, singing, and a few chaotic events if you know what I mean.

January 13, 2021 will be a day of tragedy for Roendavar as cultists and mercenaries will attack the yearly festival of Iralia at exactly midnight under the auspices of the aurora borealis. Out of the 80,000 people that undertook the pilgrimage to Mount Athalymos and celebrated throughout the night, 418 of them will be killed, a majority wounded, and all of them scarred. It will be a big shock for the country of Roendavar, more despair to add since the massacre of Thersos just a week ago. This will be a big event and shall alter the course of Roendavarian history for years to come. This RP would be home to it and I am counting on people to react to it.

Hello there!

I just had an idea for a few posts of my own as part of Oh Night Unholy and a point of connection between this RP and Shadow Over Gael. I've been wondering how exactly I was going to relate to this whole thing of Roendavarian cultists running amok and causing trouble when I realized that I need a way to introduce one of my main characters in Shadow. That's when I came up with this idea, have a read.

Chapter 6: The Inquisition
It has been several weeks since the attacks on Tharsos and the Erosithegon and the situation has not necessarily improved. Though the publicity of the attacks meant that the Cults have gone quiet relative to past activity. Within Dormill and Stiura, fears have been further elevated by Doraltic nationals that have left Roendavar in the wake of these attacks and a news cycle that has become obsessed with chronicling the history of Protacism, the Arrangement, and the various known cults of Roendavar.

In this world of fear, any bump in the night is going to cause a panic, which is why recent happenings in the outskirts of New Leeuwarden are of such sudden concern for Doraltic law enforcement and intelligence services. So far, New Leeuwarden Police has confirmed three related murders that appears to be connected with cult activities. Bodies are strung up on trees or to the sides of buildings, and painted in blood underneath is Roendavarian text, which local detectives assume are warnings or descriptions of some kind. However, they do not have the resources to dig deeper and they are unable to find any trace of the killers, which is why they have called on the National Criminal Investigatory and Registry Commission and the Bureau for assistance.

Enter Cédric Roux, a young Bureau agent who has specialized in urban operations (especially detective work) and a local from New Leeuwarden. He has been called in alongside NCIRC agents for this very purpose, and they will unlock the secrets behind these attacks and work to prevent further ones if at all possible.

Roux is one of the two main agents I intend to send to Shadow, so I will be using this to advance the storyline established from Chapter 5 and introduce him and his skills in a crime drama context. I'll start drafting an IC post for this soon, but in the meantime, I would like feedback and possibly a way to involve other people going forward.

Posted what's going to amount to a part 1 of a two part story to the IC thread, setting up this brief-ish crime story that I'll be using to tie in Oh Night Unholy to Shadow Over Gael, the latter of which I'm also working on.

Just posted something unrelated to daz's storyline. Now that I have the following news post to the IC post written I thought it was time to post this.

From here, this storyline will veer off into a small political scandal/crisis in Ainslie that'll become separate to Oh Night Unholy. As you might've guessed, the people he was dropping off at the airport are cultists.
