A Diplomatic Meeting(Sannyamathland and Kawalanda Only)

The sky was a beautiful blue.The Official Aircraft of the Chairman,Boeing 747-201,was flying just above the lush green forests of Kawalanda.
"We are going to land in 15 minutes sir" said Sasha Romanoffa,the personal assistant of Chairman Kaustuv Rio.
"Okay then,let us start making preparations.Listen Maria,we are going to come out of the aircraft,together.Dont jump out before me like the last time,we visited Spain together during my official tour." said Chairman Rio to his wife Maria,who said nothing,but simply rolled her eyes.
"And, Mr Rooeman,start preparing the papers that we are gonna need" ordered Chairman Rio to the Minister of Foreign Affairs,Ronald Roeman,who was one of 5 officials who were accompanying them to this visit to Kawlanda.This is the first time in twenty years that a foreign head of state is setting his/her foot on Kawalanda,the only second time that the Kawalandian Dictator,Chairman David Luftenhus has invited a foreign head of state to the country.

72 year old David Luftenhus had already reached the airport, 5 minutes before the aeroplane containing the Chairman landed, to greet the Chairman.He was accompanied by his wife,Nicole Luftenhus(47),the Minister of Foreign Affairs,Saichovka Luftenhus,who also happened to be David's daughter,the Premier of the Workers Party,Vladislav Iviych,a translator and a few other officials.A huge crowd had gathered outside the airport,just to get a glimpse of their 'Dear Leader'(highly ironical).After waiting for 6 minutes,David could see Chairman Kaustuv Rio,coming out of their aerpolane along with his wife.Following the pair were the other Sannyamathlandian officials and Chairman Rio's personal assistant and a translator.The Chairman of the Soviet Union and his wife waved at the crowd that has gathered and slowly climbed down the stairs which were attached to their aeroplane.Mr.David Luftenhus first did a quick handshake and then hugged the Chairman.After hugging,he asked the Chairman:"Was it a comfortable journey,Mr Rio ?"

"yes it was Mr.Luftenhus,thank you." replied Chairman Rio with a smile.Then they together greeted a huge crowd of people that have gathered there,posed together in front of the cameras of the press,and watched a military exhibition by the Kawalandian fighter jets.Then they visited the Verenabke War Memorial.The next day,Chairman Rio and Chairman Luftenhus had a very important meeting in the latter's office."After we openly tested the nuclear ballistic missiles,the USA has almost gone mad.They are threatning us with sanctions and have also requested the UN to force us to discard the nuclear missiles. "says Mr.Luftenhus.Your nation is a Permanent Member of the Security Council and so we wish to request you to veto that request."

"Absolutely" replied Chairman Rio "we have always lent a helping hands to our comrades in need and we are going to certeinly veto the proposal.By the way,how are the nuclear missile tests going on ?"
"fantastic and we are sure that we're gonna boost up our nuclear arsenal by the next year or so.Anyways,what is the request that you said you wish to make ?" asked Chairman David Luftenhus.

"Not really a request..." said Chairman Rio after glancing at the documents once."Well,you may call it a return of favour...we want you to give all the rights to drill oil in the Gregor Oil Field in the town of Zavildograd to our state owned oil company Sannyamathland Oil Limited(SOL).You know,we have been involved in a little misunderstanding with Arabia,which has resulted in us placing partial sanctions on their oil company.The other middle eastern countires are there,true,but the sanctions are now truly hurting us but we can not remove it untill they apologise.So,well,both of us are under some problems and this is the best moment for Comrades to stand by each other's side."
Seeing that Chairman Luftenhus is a bit hesitant,Chairman Rio further said "Dont worry,SOL will still give you taxes and its just for 1 year.This is just a very small price you have to pay in order to keep the nuclear weapons.Aern't you willing ?" Chairman Luftenhus said "I need some time to consult with my advisors.I will tell you the final decision tomorrow."
The next day,Chairman Luftenhus agreed to the proposals,signed the documents giving SOL the sole right to drill oil in one of its 5 oil fields,Gregor Oil Field.Then they discussed ways to fight the Covid 19 pandemic together.Chairman Rio promised to supply mediacs and other aids to Kawalanda to fight off the virus.They assured each other mutual cooperation,hugged each other in front of the media,and posed together for photographs.Then Chairman Rio boarded his official aircraft and went back to Sannyamathland,with all the dignitaries of Kawalanda bidding him a goodbye.
