- All payment must be in standard Nationstates Dollars ($1NSD = $1USD = C$1.9302CBL).

- Haukner & Co. delivers to Earthen locations only.
- Haukner & Co. only offers pickup services at Snyder Bay, Paskal
- Hardpoint conversion to use non-NATO munitions is $50NSD per hardpoint.
- Reselling Haukner & Co. products is not permitted and will bar you from any future purchases.
- Reverse-engineering Haukner & Co. products/technologies is not permitted and will bar you from any future purchases.
- Haukner & Co. reserves the right to deny any order for reasons which may remain unspecified.
- Update: Due to legal reasons which shall remain undisclosed, members nations of the CHALICE multinational alliance will receive an additional 50% off discount applied after all additional fees.
