I might have not that much exchange with KG, but KG stands out as a memorable user to me. My interactions with them (indirect) were mostly friendly and they are mostly approachable and reasonable.

I'd say, distinctly positive and friendly, they always seem to put a lot of effort into what they do, and seem to understand things pretty easily.
