Curing someone embracing zombies

So trying to cure someone embracing the zombies. I have cured them down to 0 zombies twice, so that doesn't work.

But if the entire region is also cured and I cure them down to 0, can they still regain Zombies? Anyone know?

Now what about killing the "future of humanity"? Is that worse or better than the "cure"?

I feel bad for bothering the mods, or anyone else, with my stupidity over the years.
On behalf of past/present/future me, I apologise.
Then again, I am in currently in the act of doing things that future me would consider cringe, this probably included.
Only time, and other much more wise people, can tell.

If a region is locked and has zero infected left, those who embrace the horde, or any nations for that matter, can no longer gain any additional infected.

As for curing those who have embraced the horde, I wouldn't recommend it too much, as they'll usually return to their infection-spreading ways, regardless. Unless you've locked and cleansed the entire region, it's probably a better idea to just send extermination forces at horde embracers; after all, they cannot get more zombies when their entire population is dead.

Yea was gonna do that, but I can't seem to research military.

My nations have been researching cure for so long, idk if it isn't letting me do military. Or maybe I don't have enough zombies idk.

My nation Evil Personz has been researching military for a few hours and still can't.

My plan at this point is to cure everyone and cure him last. I could eject him, but I don't want to do that.
