How long does it take to research a cure?
I'm new to Z-Day.

Well I've been at it for 5 hours and still no first missile. Yes, the nation is dedicated to finding a cure. No, I haven't changed it.

I've explored the various options across my 4 nations and it's a disappointing experience, this Z-day thing. Whilst I can wipe out a nation of 37bn in 30 minutes of effort (spread over 2 short sessions), I can't save a nation by killing zombies because the kill rate decreases over time. Somehow the T.Z.E.S become less efficient at their role. Some might argue it's because there's less zombies. Ok, if that's the case then we'd still be fighting World War 1. Think about it.

Once again proving Max Barry knows little about emulation by employing some really stupid mathematics. In order for this to be enjoyable, there needs to be a chance of success. If my T.Z.E.S. are becoming less efficient over time then obviously zombies will win because I can't sit here endlessly trying to kill zombies. Pointless and unsatisfying.

I'll sit back now and watch all the forum paladins come and attack me because I dare challenge the god.

Make sure you're still researching. Max played a Trump card, and stopped all research overnight.
