You don't need to (and shouldn't) make a new topic every time. Just make a new post on the old topic and it will automatically bump it to the front page for people to see, although not too often either.
Noted about the collection though, will post any cards I come across.

I only have a card with Ruby Rose’s symbol for its flag but other than that It’s not related to RWBY. I only commented to say I love your collection because I love RWBY too
