The Regional Transit Corporation has announced a partnership with the Football Association of the Commonwealth to serve as the title sponsor to the U-18 World Championships.

The RTC shall provide an investment into the tournament to ensure that the tournament retains financial viability. It is a corporation, whose primary focus is providing efficient and cost-effective public transportation to the masses in whatever countries we operate, but is also well versed in the sports world. We have multiple sports partnerships, including sponsorship of The Brattleboro Regional Transit Arena, a soccer stadium in Cassadaigua.

Furthermore, Adama Sowe, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Regional Transit Corporation, is well integrated into the game. He is a former Executive Chairman of the Royal Banijan Soccer Association, a former Co-Chairman of the World Cup 81 Host Committee, a former and founding member of the IFCF Executive Council, and also presently serves as the Vice President of the World Cup Committee.

The sponsored title of the tournament shall be the RTC U-18 World Cup.

Chromatik Bid to Host 12th U-18 World Cup

Who Am I?
A group of islands located in the far northeast corner of Atlantian Oceania, Chromatika is a land finally getting back on its feet after overcoming an apartheid caste system and going through a messy first free election. Gone are the days of the Chromatik Party through the efforts of the Rainbow Revolution; the Rainbow Party, under the new leadership of Keri Wyse Aart, is making strides on correcting past wrongs and uniting the Chromatik populace to be one people working toward the same goal.

A very strict nation in terms of recreation, smoking of any drug is banned in Chromatika to Chromatiks; any visitors are to express their intent before entering the nation. Drinking is allowed but only in moderation at designated restaurants and bars; personal possession of alcohol in one’s residence is also prohibited.

Chromatik domestic football just completed its twelfth season, the second under this current third iteration. First, it was the Chromatik League, and then the League Chromatiks; now is the era of the Rainbow League System, with six leagues of sixteen teams. These are supported by the Chromatik Collegiate Football Association, the newly-created U-18s league, and multiple high school leagues put on by the six districts.

The Chromatik national team has been the pride and joy of the country since its inception, having had multiple members on the starting lineup play instrumental roles in the Rainbow Revolution, including Franscesca Larriet-Cortes, the first manager of Chromatika who martyred herself during that revolution. The current Premier, Keri Wyse Aart, is the wife of the first Captain on the Chromatik squad, Luuk Aart.

Scorination and RP Bonus:
Xkoranate with the NSFS formula and additive style modifiers will be used to scorinate all games of the competition. The full range of style modifiers, from +5 (most attacking) to -5 (most defending) will be used. A cumulative RP bonus shall be used and given that no participating nations will have a rank, the bonus will be directly input as the teams’ rank. Rosters will be rewarded with up to the full worth of a MD’s RP. The grading scale will not be released; however, rest assured that this grading scale shall be generous and rewarding.

36 entrants - 6 groups of 6, Top 2 finishers and the 4 best 3rd placed teams
40 entrants - 8 groups of 5, Top 2 finishers
42 entrants - 6 groups of 7, Top 2 finishers and the 4 best 3rd placed teams
45 entrants - 9 groups of 5, Top finisher and the 5 best 2nd placed teams automatically qualify, the other 4 teams play in a one-game playoff
48 entrants - 8 groups of 6, Top 2 finishers
50 entrants - 10 groups of 5, Top finisher and the 2 best 2nd placed teams automatically qualify, the other 8 teams play in a one-game playoff

RTC U-18 World Championship XII: Twicetagria
What is Twicetagria?
Twicetagria is an archipelago nation located in the south of Atlantian Oceania. A fairly recent name in the world of sports, Twicetagria has surprised a lot of people by it's success in the footballing stage. 75th ranked after just two cycles, Twicetagria is undoubtedly a name to be feared.

The domestic scene here is fairly new, having gone through some reforms. Though it has gone through a lot of seasons, this season is the first to be internationally broadcast. The league is full of humans, vampires and ponies alike, and can be a spectacle to watch sometimes. It is consisted of 2 tiers, the Premier League and League 1. Additionally a domestic cup is set to commence this season.

Ruled by a monarchy, Twicetagria is mostly conservative, with traditional rules and roots taking the foremost importance in any ruling. Only cocaine and marijuana/weed is permitted, and drinking is not allowed in several areas of some cities. Despite all of that, Twicetagria has relatively loosened up its restrictions as a measure to be more welcoming to international tourists. Twice Square is the more modern hipster capital of Twicetagria, and a lot of futuristic architecture. Alphaxrie and Legothria are the more laid back and cultural cities, with a lot of historical monuments and landmarks.

Vampires reside in the high mountains of Twicetagria’s main island, and primarily speak Romanian and English. Werewolves are heavily concentrated in Munții Mari Island, but they are domesticated and won’t kill.

Scorination and Bonus
Xkorinate, NSFS formula with additive mods. RP bonus will be graded up to 1.5 skill, and is cumulative. Roster bonus will be 1.5 skill if roster is submitted before MD2 cutoff. After that, the roster bonus will be 1. For privacy's sake, RP bonus will be hidden from everyone, unless you want to know your own bonus. Since there isn't any rank, your RP and roster bonus will serve as your skill.

We are fast approaching the record number of entries that we had in the last tournament, but cutoff for signups will be at the discretion of the host who is chosen.

We have an amazing number of new nations nations entering the tournament, so for their benefit, a couple of quick reminders:

The Under-18 World Cup is not an "official" WCC competition, meaning there is no KPB ranking involved in participation, however it is an excellent introduction into preparation for future World Cup/Baptism of Fire entry; the Commonwealth's victory in the 5th edition of the tournament was the second tournament it had entered (and it's first with a gender integrated squad) and an important springboard to our early success in WCC tournaments that followed.

Participation is open to players who are 18 years of age or younger, of any gender, species, or variation of sentient being you choose. Technically there are no limits on roster size, although customarily the same limits used in RL competition are observed (23 player roster, 3 substitutions per match with a fourth allowed should the match go to extra time).

As two-time winners, we believe in this competition and it's role within the NS Sport community. It fits within the organizational objectives of the FAC (youth development, international goodwill) and has been the starting point for the careers of many of the multiverse's greatest players across all regions and nations.

About the Grearish Union

The Grearish Union is a country with 80-odd million inhabitants in the southwest of the sport-loving region of Esportiva. It is a direct descendant of the erstwhile nation of Gloriax, which was forgotten for a long period of time. It is after this discovery of Gloriax and the countries former pride in international events that the Grearish government opened up the nation to outsiders from the multiverse in an attempt to recoup the former golden days. Cricket is the most favoured sport in the nation, with a large (and rather complex) domestic system in place for the system. Football (or soccer, as some may say) comes a close second in terms of popularity, but lacks any form of domestic organisation. The national players are bound by contract to foreign clubs, or to the GFA in a central contract. The team's best performance was reaching the knockout stages in their Baptism of Fire.

Grearia is known to be free-er in terms of restrictions by the means of taxation or enforcement when it comes to cracking down on drugs and the usage o the same. While most drugs are banned in the country, tobacco is commonplace and alcohol is overflowing at the many pubs that one will find around. This, however, comes with the duty of being responsible while and after drinking, as any offences committed in an intoxicated state (including as little as misdemeanor on the streets) can attract heavy fines and punishment.

The Republic of the Grearish Union prides itself in the ability to host events ever since the country opened itself up to the multiverse, with the Salvador Hills Open (Tennis) being a massive success in terms of sponsorship and viewership. The current sponsor of the U18WC, Regional Transit Corporation (RTC) had been involved as a sponsor in the said tournament, and also as one of the major stakeholders in the revamping of Grearish public transport infrastructure ahead of the GCF Twenty20 World Championships being co-hosted between Gruenberg and Grearia.


Scorination and RP Bonus

Xkoranate shall be used to scorinate the tournament with an additive style modifier and the NSFS formula. Style modifiers shall range from -5 to +5 (very defensive to very aggressive). All RP bonuses shall be cumulative and generous (but not public), with rosters being awarded the equivalent of a matchday's RP. This Roster + RP Bonus will be the 'skill' used for each participating nation in the competition, with each nation starting with 0 skill.

Keeping in mind the regional championships which would be running alongside the RTC U18WC, two matchdays will be scorinated every forty-eight hours (2MDs/48hrs). Cutoff times will be be tentatively at 1930 UTC, or in the 1830-2030 UTC range.
