Currently, we do not deny that our nation, although it is the founder of the organization, but due to the recent political fluctuations is still suffering from Trade Deficit with a loss of $ 80,278,419,269 per year, its imports exceeded its exports, but because of the political stability currently the government is seeking to search for new markets and new Investment.

We are also deciding if to let Empirical Switzerland enter. They have a "Cannibal" Cafe. Though the meat is fake it is debatable if it is allowed in this conference. We bring this issue to the conference.

Secretary Steward shifts uncomfortably in his chair while reviewing the Cannibal Cafe's website.

"While I think any sensible person would be repulsed by the concept behind the restaurant, it isn't as if the Cafe is run by the government. And they aren't violating any laws that I'm aware of. The only way that I could see this as something to object to, is if they were using real human meat, and where endorsed by the government of Switzerland. As that as neither of those are true, I'd have to vote for their admittance, at least in regard to this matter."

The United States of Ibica, or just Ibica if you will, is a large nation encompassing roughly half of the continent of Ibica, hence the name. Ibica is a presidential federation with a republican government, home to about 124 million people. The current president is Conservative Evaline Buckley.

I would like you all to know that the cafe is in fact, FAKE human meat. It is flavored by what we have interviewed native peoples of the world human meat to taste like.

A real one of these exists in Georgia, USA, run by the Waling Dead TV show.

There is no law prohibiting or permitting this, the thing that is totally forbidden of course is if it is real human meat

"If there is no further discussion to be had on the Cannibal Cafe point, we would like to bring up the Maritime Security Force that was proposed by Countesia. If we are to proceed with this, we will need to identify international waterway that are most afflicted by modern piracy. Does anyone else have an example of this?

So I am good? It is confirmed that this is not real human meat.

I would bring it up, for the Maritime Security Force it was a great idea from Countesia
I fully support this idea, despite its high costs, but it is necessary to protect the merchant fleet of member states

We don't have any piracy problems in the Mediterranean

Romextly has 1 cruiser and 2 destroyers ready to help stop piracy. But there is a question on the pay. Will the country pay for the defense?

I mean because this is an economical conference, not a defense conference. We still need to pay the crew and fuel and maintenance

I'd like to propose a rotating system. Each month, the command of the force (or of each fleet, depending on the size of the force), would rotate between the highest ranking officer of each Navy present. Individual soldiers should remain under the command of their home countries, and therefore paid by their home country, with orders to the force. We could have a proportional financing system, where each nation pays in a percentage based on the size of their economy, and therefore how much they would benefit from safer trade routes.

Regarding defense costs, it will pay from the financial fund of the organization. This is my suggestion, and of course, from government funding for member states.

A percentage of the operating costs. The soldiers themselves would continue being paid by the military they are part of, but the fuel, munitions, and administration of the force would be covered by the IFTC, with a fund paid into by member nations, based of the size of their economies. So that each nation could afford the cost, and the costs would be proportionate to the impact of trade on each nation's economy.
