After a declaration of war by the nation Tzer Arex, Vu Den Voc, SETA, and other peace-loving nations, in order to establish peace, will have talks with both sides to maintain zero conflict. The only war the Tzer Arex conflict should be is a cold war.

i assume so. I know the aim of the meeting of our nations is t discuss Tzer Arex, however a new nation, has declared war on California and Mexico.

A nation which actively recruits autistic 5-year-olds into its army, but is otherwise benevolent. Make no mistake, after a couple months, those 5-year-olds can kick anyone's a**. And after 15 years of training, they are just plain scary.
NS stats have been kicked down a well. Any messengers sent to tell us to use them or that we need to follow them will meet the same fate.
