History of Andersson & Company

Andersson & Company was founded in 1946 as the Andersson Newspaper Company. In 1960 they invested in the struggling record company Dalia Rekorder, later purchasing a majority share. The name of the company was then changed to Andersson & Company. In 1984 Hiletia Studios (film studio) was acquired. 1997 brought about the biggest change, when Hill Corp announced that to avert bankruptcy, it would be selling off its cable television network which was thenn acquired by Andersson and Company, which would subsequently be broken into three arms: Film and Television, Music, and Printed News.

Kersner Corporation was founded in 1960 as Kersner Music. In 2000 they performed an Acquisition-Merger with Heider Diversified Holdings, gaining a slew of music and media properties throughout Syrche.
