OOC: Still shouldn't have a waiting period. Even if regret was such a big problem as you make it out to be (which I am sure it is not), that is what normal patient information and consultation is for (which is also guaranteed by PRA s.III).

What if lifespan in a country is 2 years then what or the lifespan is like 1000 years then 2 years is nothing meaningless numbers are meaningless, just trash them and this proposal
