After Surviving the Program he Went on Several Missions for President Regan going into deep freeze Between Missions. President Reagan ordered his Soldier Hiden From Bush until he could return to the White House. After Moving from Base to Base the Captain's Pod ended up in Tampa closed until 2020 when a Janitor Accidentally woke up the Superior Soldier.

Archnemesis: Comunism and It's Many Forms.

Additional Information: The Captain thinks it's the 80's for some Time before realizing it's 2020.

In my backstory, I suggested the possibility that the Ability Foundation would be aware of my character's powers after having used them for many shenanigans. But I'm not sure whether I want her to start out in the Foundation or not yet. I'll take some time to think about it and see what best suits the rp.

Obviously they aren't connected to the government. They are anti-government. What they do is keep supers in hiding so they don't get aressted.
