New Telegram Won't Go Away

Every time I go to Telegram, a New Telegram always pops open. I can't close it. I even sent myself a telegram, but it still won't go away. Can someone help me on how to fix this?

You might have "Always show compose box" checked in your telegram settings: https://www.nationstates.net/page=tgsettings
