[Q] regarding process of Final Appeal

I should like to know whether it is usual that the process of final appeals takes more than two weeks?

After my two appeals for a ruling on content of this account's custom field, I recoursed to a final appeal. This was lodged on 12th of September, and I still await a ruling.
