If you'd like to write a SC resolution, take a look at the rules pinned at the top of this subthread as well as previously passed resolutions to get a sense of necessary quality. From there, think of an idea and draft away by posting a thread here like [Draft] Condemn/Commend/Liberate region/nation.

Just to be clear you can't liberate a nation through the Security Council. Liberations are solely used for removing a password from a region and/or the right of a delegate to put one there.

Outside of that, liberations are RP or a type of defending and this isn't the right place to discuss those.
