Its the year 1945, WW 1 did happen but it was a stalemate that ended with Germany turning Communist under Adolf Hitler and capturing Poland in 1931. Britain in 1942 under the watchful eye of the failing UN let India go but kept Pakistan, Iran and Iraq creating the British Iranian territory.
Heres the list of all that's happened in this alternate history:
World: Slavery is still legal and going strong everywhere except South Africa, Sri Lanka, and Cascadia.
North America: Is still a broken mess with Cascadia in the West (Minus California), Texas, and the Confederacy in the South and the USA and Canada in the North. The slave market business is booming in the state of Alabama and is also booming in Puerto Vallarta in Mexico.
South America: Argentina is still threatening violence against Uruguay and Paraguay and is even threatening Brazil.
Europe: United Socialist Greater German Riech is the third most powerful economy of Mainland Europe with Adolf Uram Hilter III ruling as an authoritarian dictator. France is still controlled by Britain in the North, Russia in the East and Spain in the West. Spain is dealing with its own kingdom as well as the populace shouts for Spain to leave the UN and start imperializing again. The Byzantine Empire which is not in the UN is the Economic and Military Superpower of the world only tied by the Russian Empire and the Mongolian Empire at Second. The French Government is still in hiding in Eastern France (Turkey).
Neutral Zones: In Luxembourg, they have built a new capital called Trenxanan and watch as the world argues important factors while also trying to not start WW 2. In Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Lithuania they are called "Neutral Zones" but are primarily Russian as Tsar Nicolas VII continues in building a really successful navy and airforce as its army, "Royal Army", continues to be the world police along with the Byzantine Empire.
Middle East: In the Israeli Empire, the Syrians are still trying to revolt against the Israeli government to avail. The Suez Canal Kingdom is also at work to help Israel. In the East, British Iran, Iraq and Pakistan continue to be colonies. The Kurds are close to getting territory that would make them a country next to Russian borders but have extreme support from the Tsar himself.
Asia: In China, the Warlords are trying to rise again as the weakened government from the war with Mongolian Empire in 1935-1944 that lost Manchuria for them tries to hold on to whatever little they have left.
Oceania: All is calm as the governments in Indonesia and New Zealand are still the major centers in both Oceania and North and South America in the slave trade.
Africa: In Africa, The Kingdom of the Suez Canal continues to sell and steal humans in Africa and sell them around the world.

1)No less than two sentences per response

2)A war can be voided, nations must be present, and no god modding of any sort.
3)Inactivity for more than three weeks will get you taken off the map
4)You can only take 30% of the land from the person you invaded. This keeps nations from conquering the world.
5)Map Officers word is law, do not flame or disrespect one another
6)Anything to do with military is with a strict 3% rule, and you have the pop of the nation from 1918 but if its not fully together than something believeable.
7)Uprisings, disasters, and inbetween will happen.
8 )There is no easy answer when it comes to politics.
