•Aesthetic for larger/richer governments
-Can be hijacked mid-broadcast
-Harder to produce propaganda for
-Requires at least some technical experts
-More expensive resources

+Easy to falsify propaganda for
+Cheap to produce
+Low maintenance
•Aesthetic for smaller/poorer governments
-Requires literate populace
-Conveys less emotion
-Can be decentralized/have opposition papers
