If you go to any educational institution they will prattle on about "leadership". Not leadership of others or of a group you are in though, but leadership of yourself engaged in by everyone. This seems very malicious at its core. Why should I have to put 200% to motivate myself to go do work for someone else, am I not productive enough for you mister capitalist? (the answer is yes) The idea appears to be that managerial types at the top, many of whom happen to find their way into those educational positions, want to delegate most of the job of slave-driver to the slaves by brainwashing them into rationalising putting a life's worth of effort into pointless work for other people.
At least the guys who built the pyramids got onions and garlic. The social contract of this society is as good as a sandpaper on a toilet paper roll. How could any sane person living in mediocrity go along with this? You're wasting your life.
