I ain't trustin' those international courts, cause someone may just let this genocidal bastard live and chill in Argentina in exchange for some services. So, I'd give him good ol' frontier justice in front of the people, he tormented.

But I wouldn't torture him, cause if I do, I would feel, that I ain't any better than him. Swift Wild West style *Bang* of justice with ol' 44. Magnum is enough. Sheriff style.

Edit: Well, I might let court do this, but only if they let everyone see this bastard properly judged and hanged/fried on electric chair/whatever death.

We would rendition him as per our instructions allowing for various forms of interrogation to find out where the loot, national treasures, money, escape routes for the falling nazis, and other treasures which are now symbols of superiority are. The capture date would change by several days, and the pictures would probably be doctored. He would come out of it a broken man for his trial in an international kangaroo court.

Incapacitate them with a "stray" bullet, and then submit them to the Hague. It'll be much more satisfying to watch them spend years in legal hot water and get dragged off to rot in prison than having 5 seconds of blam.

Besides, a court case means there will be hefty investigation and complete historical record for the rest of time to remind everyone what he's done and why these crimes don't pay.
