YUEZHOU PREMIER LEAGUE - SEASON 10 PREVIEW

Last season, northern club Beian City secured the title on the penultimate week of Yuezhou Premier League action, barely edging out preseason favorites Yincheng Capitals. Capitals, however, are back with a vengeance - as well as two Askari players and a suspiciously large injection of funds from the government, which they've used to buy out many of their competitor's top players. Behind them, regional powerhouses Jiangdong, Beian Athletic, and both Nangang clubs will try to reassert themselves as a contender - or at least secure UICA qualification, each of which bringing their own regional pride to what promises to be an explosive season of Yuezhou football despite an increasingly fractured year of Yuezhou politics.
