This is similar to the personal view of our leader that we should invest in human resources so we could produce more valuable creation/innovation that make life easier and environmentally friendlier, besides that industries should receive stimulus in order to research and innovate for better technologies mainly for the core technology. Since not all the said "invention" may be useful, some people said only 1 from 10 patents that really matters so how to beat that is only by creating/innovate as much as possible. With such high capable human resources and industries, the only logical move is to invest in frontier life-science and wellness research such as precision/individualized medicine, stem-cell for rejuvenation, cancer therapy, and diabetic treatment; bone marrow donor; maybe future organ 3D printing (right now we already do for eye retina (also IRL), prosthetic limbs, etc. By that, the number of productive years will rise year by year. Utilizing genetics technology we may significantly reduce the number of born handicapped babies and selecting the best beneficial genes.
