DeSean Jackson apologized for posting on Instagram anti-Semitic messages on Tuesday.

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson has apologized for a series of anti-Semitic Instagram posts over the weekend, one of which included a quote about Jews falsely attributed to Adolf Hitler.

Jackson posted a passage to his Instagram Story that claimed to quote Hitler in saying that Black people were "the real Children of Israel," and that White Americans would be terrified to know that they have been "mistreating and discriminating and lynching" them, screenshots published by the Philadelphia Inquirer and other publications show.

According to Snopes.com, the passage is often quoted by those arguing that Hitler was not racist.

After that, a 94-year-old holocaust survivor invites DeSean Jackson to Auschwitz to learn why "sharing the quotes of a man behind this evil is so offensive to us all.

What do you think NSG about this 2-day-catastrophe? Was he right, or was he wrong? It looks like Stephen Jackson may have used the wrong words when defending him.

I'd say the Egyptians as a whole are the descendants of the Egyptians. It's not like the Muslim Arabs moved in large numbers of people of non-North African stock when they took over the place (Neither did the Romans, Greeks and Persians before them, for that matter).

Besides, even before the Old Kingdom, the tribes that would eventually form the Egyptian civilization were more closely related with the natives of the Levante and the Arabian peninsula - Ancient Egyptian was a Semitic language, after all.
