I think this game should be fairly simple to understand: using the flag of the player that posted above you, try and guess what party system their country would have.
The different systems and a brief description of them, just to recap:
- One-party system - There is only one political party that has the right to form a government. Opposition parties are either banned, allowed to participate in limited and controlled elections (in order to give the view of being a multiparty democracy), or are just outright controlled by the ruling party
- Dominant-party system - There are multiple political parties but one specific party has historically won electoral victories and their defeat in a future election is considered to be unlikely.
- Two-party system - Politics is dominated by two major political parties. Just for the sake of the game, if you think a country has multiple political parties in their government but politics are dominated by two parties (such as how the British Parliament has nine parties participating but politics is dominated by Labour and the Tories), then you can say they have a quasi-two-party system
- Multi-party system - There are multiple political parties across the spectrum, government control may or may not require coalition governments, depending on the size of parties in government.
- Non-partisan system - There are no political parties but there may still be alliances within the government.
As for the Control Panel, it's clearly a one-party system.
