Flag Will Not Work as a GIF

My flag (which is meant to work like a GIF) does not work like that, instead shows a regular flag that is basically just a picture of the start

Well the first question that needs to be answered is this: does the GIF you're trying to use fit within the GIF flag limits of having a 'filesize is under 150kB and the image fits within 321x213 pixels'?

do you have to go on another website to get my flag to do that?

You have to create a GIF file with the animation you want (check how to do that on Google, there are probably some programs you can download to your computer for that). Then you have to ensure that the file is under the limits mentioned above, i.e. "filesize is under 150kB and the image fits within 321x213 pixels". Then you can upload the GIF file to your nation page.

2) go onto google search up '(insert here) gif' then right click it and click save image as. go to your setting, click on create your own flag, then clikc on that file.

i did that but as soon as it was done loading,the flag froze
