Dismaying that, during this sixteen-year reign, the leader of Mikeswill has led multiple countries - one of which, Mikes Hope, was leveled to the ground due to godly wrath, likely as a result of the leader's maleficence,

“Dismayed that,” rather than “Dismaying that,”.

Interesting - my coauthor brought up the same thing, but I insisted "Dismaying..." was correct, because it sounds more accurate to me. However, it does appear that I have been outnumbered here, so I'll change it. :p

Scorning Mikeswill's utter, relentless disdain towards this prestigious council and body, voting against nearly all proposals put forth before it - a belief that is so vile, annoyingly repetitive, and prominent that it ultimately manifested towards caused the regional descriptor of "Anti-Security Council" being to be made available by to the international community,

Couple of small changes here.

I think that’s it.

Fixed. I kept in "body" as opposed to "council" because I feel it works better, but I don't think it matters too much.

I'm going to put an arbitrary date for submission on this which is subject to change - but for now, submission is planned for July 15.

Some further discussion with my co-author and we have locked in the submission date of July 15, and made a few final changes to the draft. Final feedback is appreciated!

One minor suggestion:

Deploring the illusion that is used by the leader of Mikeswill in order to make NationStates appear to be more democratic than it actually is, through the use of satellite states under their control - a decision that is used to avoid criticism and exemplifying the exemplifies their tyrannical rule over the region,

Otherwise this looks good to go - best of luck.

I suggest changing the first clause from:

Aware of the sixteen-year long, iron-grip control, that the leader of Mikeswill holds over the region NationStates, an oddly-named and paradoxical region which shares a name with the multiversal plane that all known nations exist on,

to:

Aware of the sixteen-year long, iron-grip control, that the leader of Mikeswill holds over the region NationStates, an oddly-named region which paradoxically shares a name with the multiversal plane that all known nations exist on,

Just so that it flows better :P

edit: I also noticed that you have commas between adjectives, so might be good to insert a comma between public and daily.

Respect to Mikeswill for holding NationStates down for so long, so much so that he gets a badge. To me, a badge is a badge, condemned or commended. Either way, it's still a form of tribute.
'Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom: For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.' (II Timothy 4:1-5 NKJV)

A tribute to a nation who has refused to give others their tribute, even though many more are more deserving than their nation. Before anyone pulls the card commends, please note that Mikeswill has not voted for any world assembly resolution since its inception until this year, and only voted for four commends. If they continue this trend maybe people will be more receptive to them getting a badge.

Oh well. I've resided in NationStates for quite some time, and Mikeswill's leadership brought blissful peace, destitute of any redundant gameplay or WA drama. His stances brought NationStates harmonic peace. In all honesty, he should be recognized for being such an excellent paragon of what a leader should be like.

Did gyre and gambol in the wabe.
All mimsy were the borogoves

Lets see what this particular pissing contest is about...

the good but unwholesome Senator Sulla starts to read the text of the Condemnation until he gets to....

"Further decrying the fact that Mikeswill's hatred towards this most august assembly... "

Seriously??? BWAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! Most august assembly???? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Oh this is too funny...seriously, you're pissed because of this? This attitude should be commended by anybody with more than one active brain cell. The SC is nothing but a wretched hive of scum and villainy.....BHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!! Absolutely AGAINST! BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!

At this point the good but unwholesome reprobate falls off his chair and collapses in peals of boisterous laughter.

Indeed, the claim that this body is august is absurd on its face. It is obviously July.
While she had no regrets about throwing the lever to douse her husband's mistress in molten gold, Blanche did feel a pang of conscience for the innocent bystanders whose proximity had caused them to suffer gilt by association.

So, from what I can tell, a lot of the opposition was on the grounds of Mike's past disdain towards the Security Council - an attitude that I think has recently shifted in the past six months or so. I do understand general hesitation towards that belief, which is why I'll give it a bit longer to see if the trend continues. If it does, this may be resubmitted in the future - and if I've left NationStates before I get around to doing so (which seems likely), I grant full control over this draft and any variations thereof to my co-author.
