Football
Football, also known as association football or soccer, is one of the most prevalent sports in Twicetagria, as well as Atlantean Oceania. An old sport whose roots stretch back decades, this classic is what most Twicetagriens enjoy.
The national team is considered a national pride, and soccer is a very common past time.

Premier League
The Premier League is the top step of the Twicetagrien footballing pyramid. Comprising of 18 teams, it has a rich history, as as many as 54 teams have experienced the glory of being in the top level.
Relegation criteria: Bottom twi relegated

League One
League One is the second step of the Premier League. Comprising of 20 teams, it is often a stage to showcase potential talents, as well as teams on the rise.
Promotion criteria: top promoted, 2nd and 3rd to the promotion playoffs

Twicetagrian Challenge Cup(TCC)

Twicetagrian Challenge Cup is a football cup determined to start in 215 P.Y.(canonically this season). The current Premier League and League One teams will participate.

Matchdays 1-2: FK Sranchies anticlimax anyone?

The Premier League has seen some fantastic results these two matchdays, with 9 out of the 16 matches played across Twicetagria having 5 goals or more scored. Today, we look at teams that have truly shined in the overly-dramatic 2 weekends, and matches that can possibly find the gem amongst the crowd.

FK Chudesnyy 5–3 Novi Kanterlot

Pallema defends the antics of Karamel who's had a really good match
Probably one of the surprise fixtures, FK Chudesnyy put 5 past Novi Kanterlot, and you could say that they did that with ease. Pallema, a super sub for Chudesnyy, was quick to score when he converted a Dragovic cross in just 7 minutes. He then doubles the lead with a thumping header in the 26th minute. Karamel, who Novi bought impressed everyone by putting in a stellar performance. Terrorising the Chudesnyy back line, he finally redeemed a goal in the 36th minute with a clean ball past Yorgchov's legs.
The second half was filled with much more excitement, though. A seemingly clean tackle by Jeanerov on Tulliss 1 minute after the second half start was marred by a controversial penalty for Chudesnyy. Dalinov did well to compose himself and score past the keeper. Karamel, seeing the injustice that had been done, went on to be a monster in the next 12 minutes, scoring another goal in the 51st minute, and assisting another just 7 minutes later to tie Novi Kanterlot.
Pallema, however, was unfazed by the situation, as he went on to score another two goals in the 71st and 84th minute to give Chudesnyy a win as well as giving himself a hat-trick.

FK Sranchies 4–2 Legothria Drakonia

Sranchies surprised basically everyone by starting their campaign in a not-Sranchies way. They put 4 past Gregoriv in a stunning performance for the Beavers. Ryumin proved to be their hero, as he pulled off another hat trick(two in one matchday!) and assisted the penultimate goal.
Despite starting all of their new signings, Legothria could not convert their promising chances to goals, as seen by their 15 shots but only 5 on target. Aelius was an inspirational figure, as he led the Dragons' defense and defended heavily against Ryumin, especially. Apollon created the most chances, with 11 crosses and key passes played by him, but unfortunately they weren't fruitful.

Srednevekovi 0–0 Dynamo Velikiygrad

We aren't showing this match just because it seemed boring. In fact, it was the total opposite: fun, exciting. Yet, it was all ruined by the poorest officiating. Ever.
The game started all right, with the Medievals and Dynamos inserting fear into each others' defenses. The first incident happened during the 24th minute when Roshiovey was lightly pushed onto the ground by Dalinoviy, but the referee, Mikal Raschevin, gave a penalty to Srednevekovi, despite it being clear that it wasn't a foul. Tynav did well to save the shot, however easily, yet it was only the start of potentially one of the most controversial matches ever.
Raschevin once again proved that he should have been fired when he booked and sent Tynav off for handling the ball outside the area, even though he was only marginally in. Kyadin, a defender, was used as the backup goalkeeper. With a defender missing, Velikiygrad looked very vulnerable.
However, no one actually scored. Why? Because of the faulty linesmen, with the new rule that the offside flag could only be raised after the ball was shot, on target or wide, they wrongly called players offside 4 times. Embarrassing for Twicetagria.

Another 2 matchdays have past as the transfer window is extended. We're now looking at the best performing players for now.

Karamel

Karamel, a new signing for Novi Kanterlot has really impressed the lot of us as he once again scored in their 3-1 win against Timberland. It is no wonder why he's considered the next Vlad by youth scouts. Fast on the ball, very good control, and pinpoint shooting, Karamel has a long journey ahead of him.

Piylas

Piylas, who Tvoygrad bought last season, showed us exactly why his criticism didn't let him down. After a silent first season, Piylas has really stepped up as a defender. Piylas has made the most standing tackles in the box, and has cleared the second most balls in. He'll be an integral part of Tvoygrad's defense. Oh, and he's young too. At just 20 years old, Piylas can become a world class defender in his prime.

Kruneew

It's always Kruneew. Kruneew is one of Srednevekovi's academy players who still plays for them. Half vampire, half human, Kruneew is a mightily talented defensive midfielder. Along with his good reading of the ball, his tackles are also subtle and simple, without being too harsh or soft. He has made the most number of interceptions for a midfielder, and considering his dream was actually to be a striker, maybe he'll get more used to his defensive role.

WGP3 Twicetagria, Season I Preview: Team Edition

Ah, we can smell the first season arriving already. Long gone are the days of mourning for the demise of the TPRS. Long gone are the days of frantically wondering of the aftermath of the old teams and drivers. The new, and arguably better domestic racing series is back.

The new WGP3 Twicetagria series replaces the much loved TPRS, following the Racing Federation of Twicetagria's agreement with the WGPC. Whilst some teams from the old series have faded into oblivion, some of the more iconic names and teams have stayed on. Along with them are the newer teams who have found this as an opportunity to spring into relevance. The driver market is mostly comprised of last season's drivers, as well as some newer free agents from junior categories. So, without further ado, let's greet our new teams now!

Adelphia Racing

Ah yes, the most famed team who competed in the last season of WGP2 has confirmed their participation in the WGP3. After years of endless domination, we wonder if they'll repeat it due to the new regulations that will take place. Having produced greats like Carmichael Fire and Jesse Vingardov, it's exciting to see which future champion they'll pump out next.

Maybe Imperial did the right thing

Following the huge saga that happened across the transfer window, Alphaxrie have finally made use of their new signings. Needless to say, they didn’t disappoint.

George Finley and Toilet were bought from Kohnhead and Sylestone respectively. They’ve adapted to life very well, with each player doing their part to help the team. Finley scored 1 and assisted another in his debut match against Tvoygrad, while Toilet has helped seal up the defense’s inconsistencies.

In any case, their form has definitely helped the Imperial side who’ve lost two of their best players. But maybe it was for the better.

Vladimirescu and Rominevskiy’s wages are too much for Imperial to sustain, while their new signings have much more modest and manageable wages. Their attitude also shows. Finley and Toilet have both been very focused in training, and despite their successful entrance to the Prem, they’ve always kept humble about their achievements. Definitely something Vlad and Rom should learn from.

In other news, Timberland drops to second as Imperial tops the league. Red Square have also shocked us by winning 3-4 over Srednevekovi. Tune in to see more action.
