As far as I am aware, there is nothing holding you back from doing this. It’s prefectly fine.

If using fundamentally the same national-anthem tune as another country's is good enough for Liechtenstein, then it's good enough for Tai Pei

I mean, it's literally been done in real life a few times.

The Star-Spangled Banner (US national anthem) uses the same music as a popular song from the 1770s. And before we adopted that song as my country's national anthem in the 1930s, My Country , 'Tis of Thee (considered one of the de facto national anthems) literally used the same melody as God Save the King/Queen.

Hell if you want a more directly NS example, this country's national anthem is officially L'Internationale (admittedly a slightly modified version of it in-character-wise) but I haven't had anyone tell me that I can't do that in any thread talking about national anthems.

And we haven't even talked about the German Empire and various predecessor states thereof (including Prussia, Saxony, Bavaria, Hanover), Switzerland, Russia, Norway, Iceland, Siam (yes, pre-1949 Thailand!), or the Kingdom of Hawaiʻi yet, all of which have used the very same tune with different lyrics in some stages of their history, not to mention the Commonwealth States.

As you can see, nothing can ultimately stop you from copying another nation's format. ^^
Since Lillorainen's geography is currently being overhauled a 'tiny' bit, most information on it posted before December 12, 2018, is not entirely reliable anymore. Until there's a new, proper factfile, everything you might need to know can be found here. Thank you. #RetconOfDoom (Very late update, 2020/08/30 - it's still going on ...)

Terre Septentrionale's national anthem is Gens du pays, a song by well known Québec's singer, songwriter and poet Gilles Vigneault.

Another nation of mine (not related ICly) has Back in the U.S.S.R. by The Beatles/Paul McCartney as it's national anthem.

I've never seen anyone complaining about it.
