Ricardo Santos is a self-declared extremist. From supporting the death penalty for crimes such as armed robbery, kidnapping, and gang membership, to threatening to go to war with neighbors if they do not support the Republic's bid for a seat in the Security Council, Ricardo is considered a neo-fascist by his critics.

Ricardo is, according to both national and international sources, responsible for at least 3,000 extrajudicial killings in the country, since he took office in 2043. Most of the victims are gangbangers or high-profile members of opposition groups.

Sterilizations/Euthanasia

Although Mr. Santos favors the sterilization of mentally unsound and antisocial people while supporting euthanasia for criminals, he never took action to put his words in practice.

The leader supports eugenics but the country is yet to see a nationwide eugenics program.

Emperor Bigpip has ordered small scale genocides during the age of colonization, against native tribes, that were living on the main west and east continent of Bigpipstan. There was also the changeling genocide in the most north west part of Bigpipstan. This genocide was considered by most to be justified. Because changelings were a parasitic shapeshifting insectoid specie, that pose a threat to those around them.

Human Experimentation
3rd Degree Mild
Bigpip used nanomachines that have arrived in meteroids, in experiments on humans from a different reality. Those nanomachines painfuly transformed said humans into anthropomorphic animals. They were then considered "cured" and after reeducation they were granted citizenship.

Forced Labor
3rd Degree Mild
Bigpip did institude forced labor as a form of punishment and reform. Because of the low crime rate, forced labor is not used much.
