The four temperaments and their traits:

Choleric
Goal orientated, logical, practical minded and straightforward. Not really a friendly or empathetic type, contentious, brave, and active

Sanguine
Lively, carefree, optimistic, adventurous. An aversion to boredom, seeks thrill and entertainment. Are creative, artsy, and affectionate.

Phlegmatic
Peaceful, easygoing, loyal, non-confrontational, polite and pleasant. Can be lazy. Are charitable and will help those in need.

Melancholic
Conservative, reserved, family orientated, cautious, orderly. Efficient, values security over freedom. High rates of depression and moodiness.

Andocara is for most part on the Sanguine side. There are lots of entertainment sources in Andocara, ie theme parks, festivals, recreational centers etc. The people are open minded and according to statistics, Andocarians do alot of international travelling, more than many countries. They don't just go to the United States, but all around the world. Andocarians are also well rounded and sophisticated, and are nice to outsiders. They are also cautious especially in public so Andocara does have some melancholic tendencies.

Bunkaiia is predominately of Perso-Bantu stock and leans towards being sanguine, though melancholy exists as well.
Three notable autonomous states however are rather different culturally.

The Austronesian tribes of the Doiianislands are extremely sanguine.
The Nestorian Theocracy of Hashadooma is exceptionally choleric.
The Yapaniyan Jaina Monastic Communities “sangha” Maleibidulu-Samberiti are quintessential phlegmatic.

Definitely Sanguine. As our culture and ideas had a similar development to the United States' culture and ideas, Our nation has the characteristics Sanguine is described as.

Carradonians are by far Phlegmatic. They have a collectivist culture, and donate a lot to charity. People who are in need are often given help and support, rather it be from the public, the government, or other troubled people. Carradonia is also a very peaceful nation, as they haven’t fought in any wars since WW2 and have diplomatic ties with a lot of different countries. The crime rate is also very low in Carradonia, making it a very safe place to live.

I'd have to say somewhat Sanguine but mostly Choleric. The older population tends to be much more Melancholic though.

Elvectica is, described by many, a meritocracy. The people are free to live their lives, but the importance of productivity and efficiency goes above all else.

Avoiding conflict, getting things done in a certain way, maybe a bit tense about what happens and how it's done. Phlegmatic more for peaceful, non-confrontational, and polite rather than laziness.

The United Republics of Zeganas is solidly phlegmatic and sanguine. Zeganasians are very creative, lively, and enjoy a good party but also are peaceful, charitable, and easy-going.

So, sanguine with a bit of choleric?

Lillorainen is generally perceived as a fairly choleric nation when it comes to thinking and arguing in a logical and rational manner, desiring to get stuff done efficiently, and seeking progress (sometimes alleged to do so at all cost). But then again, Lillos also tend to have a sanguine vein, being lively, creative, and, for some, almost annoyingly cheerful.
One could also argue, that there are some slight phlegmatic elements in Lillorainen's national mindset, especially when it comes to friendliness and charity, but in general, choleric-sanguine should serve well in describing Lillorainen commonly.
