This is pretty much flaming me out of the blue under a veneer of "RP".

At present it looks like immature IC RP from an inexperienced player, not a flame.

However, I'm willing to revisit this is there are additional circumstances that I'm not familiar with - if, for example, you believe that the nation, or the individual behind that nation, is deliberately targeting you across forums/threads.

If the post is considered inappropriate to the RP, then I think the best first step would be for the OP and other participants to point this out; if the individual refuses to reform their behaviour after that, then we can look at whether direct moderator action might be appropriate.

As far as I can see, those two nations are not connected. We're not going to do your legwork for you. One post and "in at least 2 threads" doesn't cut it. Assume all the Mods are from Missouri.
