Double issues ?

i was wondering how could this happen

but 2 days ago, this government receive its first issues and answered 5
yet the site gave me 6 results and I believe one of the issues was counted twice.

2 days ago: Following new legislation in Sunhizria, all major public areas are watched by police surveillance cameras.
2 days ago: Following new legislation in Sunhizria, surveillance cameras are banned.

as I know, these results are both consequencal of having answered issues 21. #21: Police Consider "Big Brother" Anti-Crime System
but if i answered that issues with option 1, why I also received the consequence for having chosen option 2 ?

I feelm, maybe I accidental answered that issues twice ??

It's definitely showing it was answered back to back opt 1 then 2. Not sure what happened, so we'll need to look into it.

Do you answer multiple issues at once in different tabs? Or do you answer them one by one (sequentially) ?
