Operation: Revolver
Length: 8 Feet 1 Inch
Weight (complete): 240 Pounds
Rate of fire: 1,800 Revolutions Per Minute
Muzzle velocity: 1,200 Meters Per Second
Muzzle energy: ~158,900 Joules
Projectile weight: 260 grams
Background
The VTg-27 is one of our most reliable and widely used revolver cannons in stock. The program to develop this gun was kickstarted by the development of Dyaas-Nildhelm's VL-70 Sperwer. The Sperwer program was new territory for Dyaas-Nildhelm and we jointly collaborated on the design for the indigenous 4th Gen Fighter jet. We developed the VTg-27 to have a hard hitting power, be gas-operated, and allow for smooth integration towards any future fighter jets. This cannon was developed with pyrotechnic cocking charges in mind. This means that it does not need external electricity to be allowed to fire. It can accelerate quicker to begin firing. At the same time, the acceleration is not as fast as other revolving cannons, however, the tradeoff is a more consistent and accurate rate of fire. The preferred ammunition for this gun is of the mine shell variety. These shells have thin walls and are packed with explosives, good for air to air combat.

In the early 2000's, the Rookanse Navy propositioned us for a naval version of this cannon. Wowed by their request, we quickly did so and found that the VTg-27 is a good cannon to place on ships for surface targets as far as 4,300 Meters away, or 2,700 Meters while engaging a high speed target. Hammel then developed a turret around the gun, and connected this turret to ships to become automatically operated. Thanks to our technology division, computer assisted targeting is being integrated on these naval versions of the cannon, dubbed the VTg-27N.

Variants
* VTg-27 Base model. Used on fighter jets primarily, and helicopters to a lesser extent.
* VTg-27L Linkless feed version of the cannon recently developed. More efficient reliability.
* VTg-27N Turreted, automatic naval version.

Prices
* VTg-27 $200,000 NSD
* VTg-27L $230,000 NSD
* VTg-27N $250,000 NSD

Background
The VG-20 is the next evolution for guns of the 20mm variety. Fitted snuggly in a modern HVG turret, the KG-20 stands to be the standard for IFVs and ships for decades to come. The Veldverkenner program started as a way to build from the ground up a modern 20mm gun. We wanted this to be the standard starting point for a range of cannons that go up from this size or down. The gun itself is spectacular. While the automatic mode can go up to 1,000 rounds per minute, there is another options. There is a precise, single shot mode that is accurate and quick. Modes can changed in an instance. The KG-20 can be used to engage light vehicles, field fortifications and other targets at ranges of up to 2,000 metres.

This gun is specially fitted inside a remote controlled turret so that the operator does not need to worry about being shot at. With the latest of electronics installed, the turret piece is quick, responsive, and reliable to the user. The turret is built with inclement weather conditions in mind. It has been rain, sand, hail, snow, and of course, bullet tested in our labs. A sturdy turret indeed. Finally, this turret has a Voyager Spioenglas 1200 ORE. This device is an optical and electric sensor that can operate day and night. It can assist in targeting and light recon. Finally, near the base of the turrets are holes open for smoke bombs, flares, tear gas or other incendiary devices. Finally, this cannon has a naval version that is also under development.

Rate of fire: 10-15 Rounds Per Minute
Muzzle velocity: 1,520-1,902 Meters Per Second
Muzzle energy: ~13-14 Mega Joules
Projectile weight: Varies
Background
A gun meant to defeat all rivals in the 120mm field. The 120mm RJ-50 was developed for the Rookanse military in the early 80's and has stayed relevant to this day. It is a smoothbore gun that is compatible with most types of modern ammunition. Even then, Hammel also produces a wide variety of ammunition to keep this cannon relevant in the modern era. Despite the barrel length being shorter than its new variant, the 120mm RJ-50 still excels at long range engagements. A staple of Rookanse military tanks, will this cannon be a staple of yours too?

Building upon an already exceptional gun, the 120mm RJ-85 pushes this design into the modern era. Armor is getting tougher, and engagements are further and further away. The 120mm RJ-85 was developed independently of any current project, as Hammel knew where the future of tank engagements would be going. We have rebuilt the barrel to be, obviously, longer, but also tougher. We have optimized the mechanics of this cannon's operation. In this version of the cannon, much more energy from a round is then converted into velocity. Shots fired have a better maximum range. This gun is the next step in the 120mm RJ Series. Enjoy its benefits.

Variants
* 120mm RJ-50 Base model.Tried and True.
* 120mm RJ-85 Next step. Further range.

Prices
* 120mm RJ-50 $256,000 NSD

Background
We decided upon building a baseline 76mm naval gun for the Rookanse Navy in 1984. What we came up with is a lasting design that has lasting firepower. The 76mm KR-10 is is an excellent naval gun for Corvettes, Frigates, and Destroyers. This cannon is compact enough to be fitted on most ships. Another good aspect is this gun's very high rate of fire. This super rapid rate of fire will pummel enemies from afar.

Hammel, through testing, discovered that this gun can be easily transformed into an AA role. Not only does it take care of aircraft, but this gun can have anti-missile and anti-mortar capacities too. With an aerial firing range of over 5 km, this modern Anti-Aircraft Gun has no match. The 76mm KR-11 AA can be fitted onto a hardy chassis and is an excellent gun to put on your Self Propelled Anti-Aircraft Gun vehicles. Obviously, it can switch to engaging ground targets as well. The AA turret comes with a LZAR Recon Pod and short range aerial radar. Both turrets are unmanned and remotely controlled. Both guns can hold a wide variety of ammunition and is very accommodating for all needs. The 76mm KR Series is an excellent choice for naval combat and AA defenses.

Hammel GHX-155 SPAG

Postby Rookanse » Fri May 22, 2020 1:38 pm

Hammel GHX-155 Doemvuis
Image
(Not to Scale. Base Model Shown. Savanna Camo.)

Type: Self Propelled Artillery
Mass: 45 tons
Length: 32 Feet
Height:11 Feet 5 Inch
Armor: Medium Arms Fire
Main Armament: 155mm Howitzer
Engine: Hammel Grondstelsel Air Cooled Diesel
Crew: 5
Operational Range: 500 Miles
Maximum Speed: 60 Miles Per Hour
Background
The GHX-155 Doemvuis was developed originally as a chassis to hold our 155mm howitzer. What we wanted to do was to integrate this cannon onto a vehicle that could help it in a whole host of ways. First off, we wanted this SPAG to be quick, so that it may readjust after firing. We also wanted this vehicle to be able to communicate with ground, air, and space based systems to assist in targeting. Finally, we wanted to develop a machine and turret that could deliver MRSI, or Multiple Rounds Simultaneous Impact. This means that this turret can fire the gun at different angles, and all of the shots will hit the target at the same time. Our turret can successfully fire 6 shots that will hit a target at once, in this way.

As for the vehicle itself. It is a 6x6 with a very long range, and a quick acceleration. Long range artillery combat is a game of shooting, packing up, and moving to a different location. The GHX-155 accells at quick firing and quick relocation. Onboard are a host of electronics to connect to ground based radars, aerial assets, and space assets. The GHX-155 is ready for combat in all types of terrain too. 6 hardy wheels, and a vehicle that has been weather tested in the harshest conditions of desert and snowfall. This SPAG will not disappoint!

(Not to Scale.)

Type: Surface-to-air missile/Anti-ballistic missile system
Mass: 1,000 Pounds
Length: 17 Feet 4 Inch
Warhead: Kinetic Hit-To-Kill, Small Explosive
Propellent: Rocket Fuel
Operational Range: 90 Kilometers
Maximum Speed: Mach 3.7
Guidance: Hammel LZAR Ka Band Radar
Background
The Hammel LOGH-1 was created in an attempt to operate an anti-ballistic missile weapon. The LOGH-1 specifically is a high altitude anti-ballistic missile. This missile was jointly developed with the rocket engineers at Dyaas-Nildhelm Onderneming. The program started as a government defense directive, and brought together many smart minds. The LOGH-1's are connected to command and control systems, and have a high situation awareness. As for the actual propellent itself, the LOGH-1 is powered by a dual pulse solid rocket motor. The missile is highly maneuverable with large fins, ready to redirect maneuvers. These missiles can also change direction mid air with the use of tiny micro-propellents near the tip of the missile to change course and align for the hit-to-kill capacity of the design. Even if that fails, there is still a small warhead that is ready to spray tungsten buckshot in a traditional explosive capacity when hitting. This missile can hit high altitude and intermediate range ballistic missiles.

Over time, the parameters of the program changed. The LOGH-1 transitioned into also being able to target and hit aircraft. It has a great range to strike against combat aircraft. The missile began to be tested against aircraft and was found to hit with resounding success. The LOGH-1 was now found to have a joint role. Despite being originally made for ballistic missiles, Rook MoD officials eyed the uses for anti-air capabilities. With the purchase of this missile, we will work with your nation's engineers to install it on your weapon platforms, or other indigenous products. This is our most advanced anti-air missile yet. Warhead: Either 50kg HEAT, Fragmentation-HE, Thermobaric, or Anti Personnel
Propellent: Single Stage Solid Rocket
Operational Range: 300-45,000 Meters
Maximum Speed: Mach 0.9
Guidance: Semi-Active Laser Homing
Background
The Hammel Sheba was created in a collaboration with Dyaas-Nildhelm Onderneming. The need here was seen in an analysis of Rookanse's aging air launched anti-tank missile capacity. The need for a new version of such a missile was needed. In the design phase, it was realized that versatility is a good boon for this new product due to its specific nature. With this in mind, the primary method is intended to be air launched, however, this missile can be configured in a ground launch capacity too, and is a viable method for delivery. The Sheba is intended with its payload and range to be anti-tank in nature, however, it has limited bunker busting capability and other anti-vehicular functions. Finally, with all this in mind, the Sheba has also been tested and shown to be used in a limited anti-ship role as well.

The missile is composed of five main sections; seeker, guidance and control, warhead, solid propellant rocket motor and servo. Guidance is via a semi-active laser. When used in longer range strikes, the missile may be guided by other sources. The missile is transonic in flight and powered all the way through. It can hit targets on a flat or lofted trajectory. Background
The Hammel Solomon Laag Waarneembare Vaartraket, or LWV for short was created in a collaboration with Dyaas-Nildhelm Onderneming. Hammel engineers developed plans for a low observable, air launched cruise missile after a pressing need to increase these capabilities for the Rookanse air force became apparent. After years of study and research, Hammel and Dyaas-Nildhelm engineers have developed a powerful cruise missile, partly based off foreign technologies, but with years of indigenous development. The Solomon LWV is the pinnacle of these efforts. A primary function was for this design to incorporate low-observable, or stealth technology, into the architecture of the missile. The secondary function was for it to be easily integrated and controlled from a number of aerial platforms.

With ease of operation in mind, this is a fire and forget missile. The route can be easily programmed for a number of missions and strike routes. Here, the missile uses GPS and other sources, and will reach targets with a certain degree of autonomy. Some of these capabilities include on board infrared imaging, and target recognition software. Directly before reaching a target, Solomon will initiate a sharp climb then dive penetrate targets. Helping this is that the warhead is a two-stage explosive design. A penetration charge firstly hits the target, then the larger primary charge will go off in succession for maximum damage.

* Solomon LWV $800,000 NSD

Various (KPB)
Operational Range: 100 Miles
Guidance: Inertial, GPS, Electro Optical
Background
The Hammel Rehoboam Series are two types of guided munitions for an array of purposes. The Rehoboam Kritieke Penetrasie-Ammunisie, or KPA is a specially built glided bomb with integrated wings and guidance. Hammel designed this gliding bomb wholly in house. Specific emphasis was put on having this be extremely maneuverable for highly accurate strikes. The original Rehoboam program had in mind a glided bomb that hits out at hardened targets. Despite that, the KPA is maneuverable enough to hit out at moving targets as well. The Rehoboam KPA is an excellent alternative to air-launched cruise missiles. The KPA is extremely stealthy and half the cost of a normal cruise missile.

The Rehoboam Kritiese Plofbare Bom, or KPB, takes design elements from the KPA, and makes it a conversion kit for general bombs. This conversion kit will give the bomb and its exterior a two way link in which the bomb can be guided, or it can have stand-off capability. As the KPA, it is highly maneuverable, but this conversion kit is typically suited for general purpose bombs. It can comfortably fit bombs with warheads that can carry from 400 kg to 1,000 kg of explosive material. The KPB is an even more inexpensive way to allow for stand off capability. Outside of stand-off, this kit turns bombs into precision guided munitions, critical for the modern battlefield. This kind of precision is necessary and needed. Get your kit today.

Variants
* Rehoboam KPA Integrated Gliding Bomb
* Rehoboam KPB Guidance Kit Conversion

Prices
* Rehoboam KPA $400,000 NSD
* Rehoboam KPB $32,000 NSD

Abijah ASM

Postby Rookanse » Tue Jul 28, 2020 7:34 pm

Hammel Abijah ASM
Collaboration with Dyaas-Nildhelm Onderneming

(Not to Scale.)

Type: Sea-Skimming, Anti-Ship Cruise Missile
Weight: 1,580 Pounds
Length: 17 Feet
Warhead: 250 kg Submunition
Propellent: Turbofan
Operational Range: 120-400 Miles
Maximum Speed: Mach 1
Guidance: Inertial, GPS
Background
The Hammel Abijah Anti-Skip Missiel, or ASM for short was created in a collaboration with Dyaas-Nildhelm Onderneming. The Rook Navy was in need of new anti-ship missiles. The quality and availability of foreign anti-ship missiles was put into question after depleted stock was at a loss of alternatives. Turning to local solutions, Hammel and Dyaas-Nildhelm decided to build an adaptable and modular anti-ship missile suited for a variety of platforms. In the beginning of development, the missile was intended to be launched from an inclined canister, but soon, it was transitioned to a vertical launch deployment. This rocket is guided by inertial and GPS systems. With the increasing threats of electronic warfare, this design is fitted with countermeasures to such attacks and threats. This missile is powered by a turbofan alongside thrust vectoring technology for maximum maneuverability.

The Abijah utilizes a sea-skimming method to strike targets. The warhead is a penetrative shaped charge and includes a spread of submunitions which expand quite a distance. The initial models were made for surface ships, and while vertical launch is preferred, can be used on incline canisters. The second directive, after much successful testing, was for this missile to have a land based variant. After a quick change in guidance, a land version developed. This version can be launched from a number of platforms, but in Rookanse, it can be launched from the GHX series of vehicle. Finally, with the acquisition of submarines, the Rook Navy directed for a submarine launched version. A quick modification to have underwater launch capacity has been implemented, and the submarine version was completed.
