Condemn Trieltics!

I made a proposal to “Condemn Trieltics”. They are a raider region that should be stopped. Yes, I’m aware they are a smaller threat than others however a threat is still a threat regardless of size. Also wouldn’t it make more sense to stop them early on, as opposed to waiting for them to become a bigger threat? My proposal has been voted illegal so I’d like to ask for ways to improve and revise my proposal, as well as just spread the word about it.

I mean, it is a good Idea, but if you want it to pass, you need to first, make sure you are in the right with the rules, and secondly, create a compelling argument, that will show everyone why they should be condemned.

Hey there! So, just a couple things:

• It's a good idea to post your proposal in here before you submit it. It's certainly not mandatory, but you can often get good feedback on your resolutions, and you can find out before you submit that...
• Your proposal is illegal. The World Assembly has a pinned list of rules in this forum, and as was stated earlier, you should read them.
• If you want to know what a successful proposal looks like, consider reading some proposals that have been passed and put into place. These resolutions resolutions are similar to yours, in that they attempt to Condemn raiders for raiding. See all the detail that's gone into these, and the gravity of the offenses.
• Your Condemnation isn't going to "stop" a raider region from raiding - far from it. In fact...
• A raider region is going to view your Condemnation as a badge of honor. The Black Hawks has two, for instance.

Good luck in the future. As you might have guessed, I don't think Trieltics has earned a Condemnation just yet. When I look at all of the other regions that have been Condemned for raiding, I don't think this one measures up - although you're welcome to show me a current resolution for a less accomplished region. If you're serious about writing successful resolutions, I look forward to your legal, finished draft on the forums.

Couple of things:

• Your submitted proposal has been marked illegal, please read the rules.
• As Twobagger said it is advisable to post a draft on the forum - illegalities can be pointed out and corrected and improvements suggested.

Overall though I don’t believe you have much of a case for a Condemnation.
