As long as you haven't submitted it yet, and it's not pandemic related, I don't see why not.

Yep. For this contest, we've decided to loosen restrictions and allow contestants multiple shots at winning.
However, a word of warning, just because you can do something doesn't mean you always should. If you can write one good issue or three so-so ones, do the good one. One well-written entry over which time is taken has a much better chance over several slapdash issues.
