Voting opened [TIME] ago and will close in [TIME]. Open to [A PARTICULAR CATEGORY OF NATIONS]. Votes are public.
Pollsters are given a choice as to how long their poll can last, and to which categories of nations can vote in their poll. The final three words - "Votes are public" - insinuates that they are also given a choice as to whether or not anybody can click on the VOTERS tab and find out who's voted for what; however, this is not the case. Why does "Votes are public" continue to appear as boilerplate text, and are there any plans to introduce secret balloting?
