What is a factbook entry?

Basicly I was going to create a region all the sudden I see this "World factbook entry." Is this supposed to be a disc of some sort? If so why is it named like that? And why did they deicided to name it that way? If not, then is it supposed to be a entry for a eleciton for "best region in the game."? I'm tolltaly confused. Please help me im new!

The WFE (World FactBook Entry) is basically a [text box] that you can type what your region is about, links/urls to different factbooks that contain information about your region.

Brief information about what this region is about for mostly visitors, newbies, and people living in the region. You can put anything. Something funny. What roleplay type of region. News that you're having government elections. A welcome message. Links to the region constitution. Mission statement and goals.
