[Draft] Repeal "Condemn This Game"

Postby Gorundu » Sun Apr 05, 2020 8:57 am

Because we need another one of these, and also why not make the repeal more low effort than the original?
Recognising this is an April Fools joke,

Realising it is no longer April Fools,

Hereby repeals "Condemn This Game".

Tell me if this is legal pls

I think the mention of April Fools would be a R4(a) violation - real world reference.

I would rather disagree with this, on the basis that it's a holiday that could be reasonably assumed to be celebrated by at least one NS nation. The actual wording of the sentence may need fixes in that regard.

If it isn't legal, I would suggest just listing it as April 1st, seeing as date references are legal.

I'd be inclined to consider April Fools acceptable within Rule 4; it's an aspect of the NationStates world. That's not to say that any mention of it, or details of NS's various April Fools events are necessarily Rule 4 compliant - but "April Fools" alone shouldn't be automatically a violation.

Thanks for the clarification Sedge.
