[Q] Short one candidate?

Unless I read the rules for the election wrong, it specifically says that the "Top 5" from the last minor round of voting would be entered automatically into the General Election. Yet, there are only four candidates - not five.

General Election

The Top 5 candidates from the final Minor Round are automatically entered into General Election.

If this is true, why are there only 4 candidates and not five as it says there should be?

There were originally five candidates

However, a portion of the way through the voting, the candidate McMasterdonia dropped out to join as the running mate for Catgirls in an attempt to earn first place

More accurately, after they closed the candidates off to the top 5 from the 3 minor rounds, and ensured Joco wouldn't be in the top 5, MCM dropped out and became Catgirls' runningmate. It was less of a cynical move, and more of a strategic one.
