The Salaxalans Is Once Again Running, With Potatoes Being Offered To All

The Secretary-General Election is back, and with it is the candidate who is here to unite the people under that which we all recognize as the superior and most spudly platform.

Last election, we were a humble campaign, growing from a small dirt patch of a couple of motivated spuds. It was the all of our supporters who truly brought us as far as we went. Thank you to each and every nation that planted a vote in support for the humble potato. This time around, we plan to flourish once again. The powerful oligarchs have surely put themselves in a strong lead now, but our campaign was never about being at the top. We're here, among the people, ensuring direct potato distribution to those in need of delicious flavors. The potato is versatile, much like our candidate. He has flavor, he has resilience, he has passion. That is why this year, we're upper the ante.

Before, we promised a potato for every nation. This year, we promise two potatoes for every nation. We see that these times call for immense actions, and the world needs the humble potato in these trying times.

A pierogi in every plate. A fry in every basket. A spud in every mash. An aloo in every choley. A gnocchi in every bowl. Potatoes for all nations.

Greetings potatoes of NationStates! After a hard-fought two rounds, our campaign is unfortunately hovering around ninth place and doesn't seem to show any signs of moving. After much negotiation we are joining the Kuriko campaign as her running mate! She will be adopting potatoes into her platform, and we'll still be on a strong ticket, so this seems like the best way forward.
