A fringe terrorist organization known as the "New Ceasarians" has gained support in the border regions of the Republic. With this support, the New Ceasarians now have the numbers to take on the Republic's military. Out of desperation, Consuls Quintis Volusenna Constans and Aulus Mucius Panaetius have sought support from foreign nations to fight back against the rebel faction. However, the leader of the New Ceasarians Imperator Lucius Anealius Varrus has also requested assistance from outside forces.

END GOAL:
Res Publica/Allies - Defend Against the Rebel Faction and it's allies.
New Ceasarians/Allies - Successfully siege the city of Roma.

Beginning Territory: The German Rhine River.

Res Publica Nova Roma
The New Republic of Rome, born after the Third World War and collapse of the European Union in 2019. A democratic republic seeking to bring a rebirth of European Unity through the concept of the Ancient Roman Republic. In spite of its strong Egalitarianism, many members of the border regions find themselves oppressed and poor compared to citizens of the inner-land regions.

The New Ceasarians
A Rebel faction born on the German Rhine River that seeks to end Democratic corruption and replace it with a Dictatorial Empire. Promotes equal rights and economic stimulus to the Border regions. However, its extremist policies and expansionist leader could lead to new conflicts with outside nations.
Occupies: Rhine River, West Germany, Greece, The Balkans.

As for air, 40 bombers, 100 attack, and 200 fighters will be transported to Nova Roman airbases. For the nukes, these will only be used if it requires.

Yes, in fact if you look at the date of that factbook, it shows that it was made and last edited more than 2 years ago. True, Travencore didn't have much those days, however, technological advancement and good military relationship with other nations helps the Travencore military to grow in these two years. Now the Travencore Navy had acquired lots of speed boats used for rescue operations in the sea along with patrol boats. These speed boats and patrol boats have been acquired from domestic companies.

We should also keep in mind that numbers aren't everything. One nation might only support a faction through airstrikes or through intelligence and soldiers won't be used on the ground. Hence, this would be interesting.
