Due to covid-19... our city is under quarantine.
because I'm just renting a PC. I can't go outside and our internet cafes closed.

On the issue of the potential loss of your account due to being unable to access NationStates, I would recommend contacting the moderation team once you have computer access again. We should be able to restore the account for you.
