Antaras Council is a Antaras government. In the panel, we give priority to decency and peaceful cooperation. The first steps are registering in our forums and applying for citizenship. How Do I Lower My Endorsement Count?

If you need to reduce your endorsement count, you can do that through one of three methods:

1. You can telegram nations endorsing you and ask them to withdraw their endorsements.
2. You can temporarily move out of the region and move back after the next game update, which will completely remove your endorsements.
3. You can resign from the WA until after the next game update, which will completely remove your endorsements.

RMB Suppression Policy
"All residents and visitors are free to use the Regional Message Board as a common site of conversation, without malfeasance or harassment.

Don't post anything that might break the NationStates rules.
This includes making offensive comments or threats against other players, linking malicious or unsafe websites, or making commercial advertisements.
Respect other nations' right to use the RMB.
The RMB belongs to all nations, and all should feel free to introduce themselves or to say something they wanted.
Avoid taking over the board with arguments that most nations aren't going to be interested in, or that make it appear spammy and inane.
While you can complain, don't use it to start excessive arguments about the way your previous region treated you, or how the mods are corrupt.
Avoid excessive multi-posting, and try using the edit function when possible.

Employment prohibited
Any employment for other regions is strictly prohibited.

* telegrams whose text in any way belittles Antaras;
* recruitment through posts on a regional message board better known as RMB.
Measures of retaliation
In the event that a region is found to be involved in prohibited employment, Antaras reserves the right to take retaliatory action against that region. They include, but are not limited to:
* use of employment API scripts for countries that are entering or active in the region

We the people of Antaras derstand the general principles of equality and self-determination of nations.recognizing the fundamental human rights and freedoms determined to preserve unity and love for the nation, we hereby establish the Constitution and the fundamental laws of Antarasa.

Article 1-The founder is the executive ruler of the region.
Article 2-The power of the founders is absolute
Article 3-Without the founders, the Vice Delegate is ruler.

Article 4-The World Assembly delegate is a non-executive.

Article 5-Every resident of the region is a citizen.
Article 6-Dolls are not citizens.
Article 7-No citizen can be expelled or banned from the region without valid reason.

Turning Off Recruitment Telegrams
The first thing you might want to do is turn off your recruitment telegrams. If you're returning to NationStates after being gone for a while, you'll notice you're receiving a lot more of them. This is due to changes to the telegram system that now allow regions to spend money or use automated scripts to send recruitment telegrams. Chances are the people sending you telegrams right now aren't even here!

Just follow these steps to disable recruitment telegrams:

1. Go to your telegram Preferences.
2. Look for the options under Filter.
3. Click Block All next to Recruitment.
4. Click Update Filter.
And you're done! No more annoying recruitment telegrams!

How to Get Started in Antaras
First, join the offsite forum and discord. Apply for citizenship. Honestly if you don't want to join the forum and discord, but we recommend it. But at least log in at least once in 27 days to avoid ceasing to become your nation due to inactivity and be a little active in the region. Finally Have fun, it's all about the fun.

Noxus Pact was a transitional region before Antaras. The army is just decoration.

The government declares neutrality
The Antaras government has officially declared neutrality in voting for WA Secretary General. After examining the candidates, neutrality was found to be the best option in combating the communist-Nazi-fascist threat.

Switching is considered
The change will happen in the next two days, Antaras will create a puppet for the role of politics, newspapers and more. Newspapers are also being moved to dispatchers.
