The Security Council,
NOTING that maintaining a constant population growth is needed to ensure economic stability and a mass of people of assured working age,
AWARE that a high population represents a significant challenge for governments, due to the increased demand for resources such as fresh water and food, faster than the rate of regeneration, and a deterioration in living conditions, which can lead to political instabilities and popular revolts,
OBSERVING that Kyupaa has become the world's most populous country, with a population of more than 38.000 billion people, while it has managed to maintain, among others
- The 10th best weather and the 8th most beautiful enviornment in the world, becoming the 8th most popular tourist destination,
- The 11th most compassionate, 6th nicest and the 5th most cheerful people of the world,
RECOGNIZING the efforts that a nation have to do to achieve such population in these conditions, and at the same time promoting peacefull solutions, becoming the 14th most pacifist nation in the globe,
INSPIRED by the promotion of the civil rights, even at the cost of the nation's economy, with policies like the creation of a Universal Health Care system with a paid maternity leave, the prohibition of zoos or the legalization of the same sex marriage,
OBSERVING that, despite this high population, Kyupaa has maintained a democratic political system, opposing the corruption by delegating part of the government power to the local authorities, establishing term limits for the elected representatives and a proportional representation of the citizens in the parliament of the nation,
PLEASED of the commitment of Kyupaa with the international law, being a member of the World Assembly and a signatory to an international climate treaty, the adoption of the worldwide used metric system and the opposition of the use of Weapons of Mass Destruction,
SEEKING that the example of Kyupaa serves as inspiration for the whole world,
